Exhibitions’ Focus on Foreign Investors

The International Construction and Real Estate Exhibition (BURSA) was inaugurated this year in the Turkish city of Bursa within the Tuyap Center for Exhibitions and Conferences.

The exhibition was attended by many real estate and construction companies focusing primarily on foreign investors in the real estate sector. 

The exhibition will be attended by countries such as Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, UAE, Algeria, Morocco, Iraq, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, Egypt, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Sultanate of Oman, Jordan and many other countries. The exhibition is considered a great opportunity for both participating companies and investors.

Bursa entered this year's list of the most expensive property prices in Turkey real estate, ranking among the top five Turkish cities in terms of real estate prices and one of the most attractive cities for foreign investment. And it is considered within the top three cities in terms of ownership by foreigners, as well as the real estate sector in the city is experiencing increasing demand from the local people as well.

Property prices in Bursa have raised as foreigners purchased more than 25 percent in February compared to the same period last year.

There are many projects underway in the city like the urban transformation projects aimed at increasing the quality the city life and the establishment of spaces equipped with luxury means and increasing the number of independent apartments by replacing the old buildings with the under floors to buildings of higher quality and high ways of luxury.
